Davinci Pdex

Implement Da Vinci Payer Data Exchange (PDex) 2.0.0 FHIR Implementation Guide in Aidbox for payer data sharing.

Setup Aidbox with Da Vinci Payer Data Exchange version 2.0.0 with prebuilt Aidbox config

Follow getting started guide. Add the dependency:
