We choose tools deliberately: Clojure and JS/TS, PostgreSQL, FHIR, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure for real-world healthcare products.

Health Samurai is a small, stable, experienced company with a strong engineering culture, flat organizational structure, and focus on Health IT. We have been working in the US and European markets since 2004.
We build our own core product, Aidbox FHIR Platform, and contribute to open source. The work here is close to real healthcare interoperability, infrastructure, and product delivery, not isolated internal tooling.
