Revoke Granted Access

This guide explains how to revoke access from SMART App

As patient

  1. 1.
    Login to the patient portal
  2. 2.
    Find the certain SMART App
  3. 3.
    Click the Revoke access link against the selected application

The Revoke access link is available when patient granted access. If no access granted, there is no such a link
