Formbox (formerly Aidbox Forms)
- Implemented EHR integration via SMART on FHIR, with Formbox acting as a SMART app (read), tested with Cerner.
- Introduced a new Formbox UI, now available in beta, with a banner on the main Forms page to switch versions.
