
Health Samurai is participating in the Regional Digital Health Interoperability Bootcamp 2025, organized by CSIRO in partnership with UPM SILab. This event is supported by the Philippines' Department of Health and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation. The Bootcamp will be held in Manila, Philippines, from February 4 to 6, 2025.
Attendees will have the opportunity to develop FHIR-enabled digital health applications using tools like the Aidbox FHIR server, Ontoserver, Google Open Health Stack, and SMILE Clinical Data Repository.

Introduction to Aidbox
The program will begin with a brief introduction to Aidbox, equipping participants with essential skills for using the FHIR server and its functionalities.
Hands-on Workshop on Aidbox UI Form Builder
After the introduction, a one-hour practical workshop will focus on medical form design.
Attendees will learn to:
- Install and configure Aidbox to work with the Aidbox Form Builder
- Convert paper forms (PDFs) into digital formats
- Design new forms and FHIR questionnaires with no code
After the theory session, participants will learn to apply these concepts using real forms from CSIRO in real-world scenarios.

FHIR Data Analytics and SQL on FHIR
Next, the session will focus on analytics, introducing SQL on FHIR and its analytical capabilities.
Attendees will learn to:
- Analyze data collected with questionnaires
- Createdashboards for visual representation of data
- Utilize SQL queries to extract insights from FHIR datasets
