Organizations using Microsoft Azure can now purchase Aidbox through Azure Marketplace as a SaaS offer — procured and billed through their existing Azure account, with no separate vendor contracting cycle.
The offer is not limited to a single product. Through one Marketplace subscription, customers can deploy any combination of Health Samurai components: the FHIR CDR as the operational clinical record, the Terminology Server for SNOMED, LOINC, ICD, and RxNorm, and the MDM solution for patient identity resolution across source systems. Start with the component that solves the immediate problem and add the others as the data platform grows — the commercial relationship stays the same.
Together those components are what a platform for innovation is built on: a standard, clean, operational clinical record. FHIR gives every field shared semantics, standard terminology turns one diagnosis into one code instead of five strings, and MDM collapses one patient's several identities into one record. Implementation guides act as quality rules — each element is checked for presence, type, cardinality, and coding, so a record is either conformant or flagged, never quietly wrong. Data is clean because it is standard.
That record is what everything else connects to. New applications, dashboards, quality measures, and AI agents attach to the same record in days rather than months, and agents speak FHIR natively. Legacy systems stay where they are and feed the record — no rip-and-replace. Models and applications will keep changing every few months; the standard record underneath them does not.
Aidbox supports FHIR STU3, R4, R5, and R6. Clinical data is stored in PostgreSQL and accessible through FHIR APIs, SQL, GraphQL, Bulk Data, and Subscriptions. Supported implementation guides include US Core, CARIN Blue Button, Da Vinci, and mCODE. Security and access control cover OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SMART App Launch, granular access policies, multitenancy, and audit logging.
Health Samurai's information security management system is ISO 27001:2022 certified, and Aidbox supports HIPAA-aligned deployments.
More than 100 healthcare clients in over 30 countries run Aidbox, with more than one billion FHIR resources in production.
