# Glossary

## App

The clinical application being built inside a project.

## Follow-Up Workflow

A process in the app that waits, creates tasks, tracks completion, or escalates cases over time.

## Patient Context

The selected patient used to launch or preview the app. Change patient context to test how the app behaves for different cases.

## Patient View

A patient-facing part of the app, such as an intake form, symptom check-in, or questionnaire.

## Product Vision

The project document that captures users, workflow, data, rules, assumptions, and first-version scope before the app is built.

## Project

The shared place where your team builds and reviews one clinical application idea.

## Provider View

A clinician or care-team part of the app, such as a patient summary, work queue, chart, or submitted-response review.

## Queue

A list of records that need action, usually sorted by urgency, status, or due date.

## Questionnaire

A structured form used to collect patient or clinician-entered answers.

## SMART App

A healthcare app that can launch from an EHR with patient and practitioner context when the production path requires it.

## Template

A starting point for a common healthcare app idea.

## Voice Form Flow

A conversational way for a patient to complete an existing questionnaire.
